Specify the Region for Your API Requests
The Verkada API operations on a per region basis. When making a request, you use the API URL that corresponds to the region that you data is hosted in.
If you don't specific a service region, the default region is the United States.

Organization Specific Authentication Credentials
At the time of account creation, a region was specified to host your organization's data. Therefore, Verkada manages your API credentials based on the original region selection.
This means your API credential will only work with the specified region and cannot be modified.
