Remove People from Approved Lists

Removes one or more people from one or more approved lists. If approved_list_ids is omitted, removes the person from all lists. People must be identified by either person_id or external_id.

Approved List Ids

Stable external identifier. Either person_id or external_id must be provided, but not both.
